Exercising Indoors: The Weather Isn’t Cooperating

What happens when the weather doesn’t want to cooperate? What is your back up plan?

Exercising indoors can seem boring, but going outside and trying to brave the weather isn’t always an option either, especially if the snow is falling, melting, and then freezing. Going outside for a skate/walk is unappealing, and not to mention potentially dangerous, if you don’t have the proper footwear. 

So now what?
