What are the things you do in your everyday life that are “automatic”? Likely, everyday you brush your teeth, put the dishes in the dishwasher (in theory) and put your shoes on your feet.










The Cost of Inactivity
You’re active and getting more active with time. You are either hitting the 150 minutes weekly to maintain health, or working toward that goal or you are are active to whatever level suits your health. That said, what is the responsibility we have for others?

Food? Do you have a relationship with it or does it just Happen?
My challenge I place before is twofold: First, change your description of consuming food from the word “eating” to “nourishing” your body. And second, take some time and think about your relationship with food.
