Delete account

If you no longer wish to use GoGet.Fit, you can delete your account.

Here are the steps to delete your account:

1. Go to our mobile app or access it on the web at: client.goget.fit

2. Sign in and follow the steps below

3. Go to your settings tab

4. Hit Delete account

5. Fill in your reason, ensure your email and password are filled in

6. Confirm: You understand that removing your account will remove your access to GoGet.Fit and your historical data.

When an account is removed we destroy all identifiable user data. (eg. email, password, commitment statement, activity data, etc).

We keep non-identifiable activity data in order to support the lifetime stats for GoGet.Fit Administrators.

Account deletion request can take up to 21 days to give the account administrator a chance to save any pertinent information.
